Michael & Nicole are proud parents to three beautiful children and very successful property investors – even though they had normal jobs before founding Tailored Property Group.

 

Michael comes from a background as an electrician and Nicole a nurse, but despite earning average incomes, they were able to build a profitable property portfolio.

 

Michael bought his first property at age 21 and his second at age 22. Nicole, who is the same age, joined him for his third property purchase and all the ones that followed.

 

Michael & Nicole, who married in year 2015, were able to build their portfolio while holding down demanding jobs and starting a family. But they were still able to live comfortably and enjoy several overseas trips.

 

What was their motivation? To become financially independent, provide for their children and live life on their own terms.

 

Along the way, they bought both residential and commercial assets, and gained experience in renovating, subdividing and developing, which helped them generate a six-figure passive income.

 

As Michael & Nicole’s family and friends observed their success, they asked Michael & Nicole to buy property on their behalf too.

 

And so Tailored Property Group was born.
